Is it only our group on board?

Yes, this is a private tour. Just you and your guests will be on the boat.

Can I book now and confirm the final head count later?

Yes, you can as long as you don’t exceed the maximum capacity.

What does open the bar include?

Domestic Open Bar – $ 40 usd p/p
Rum, tequila, vodka, mixers and beers

Premium open Bar – $ 65usd p/p
Vodka Titos, Tequila Don Julio 70, Rum Appleton, Mezcal 300 conejos, JW Black label, mixers and beers

Deluxe open Bar – $ 80usd p/p

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

Sure! No problem.

Your tour already includes water, sodas, ice coolers with ice and biodegradable, disposable dishes.

Do you offer transportation service?

La Isla Tour does not provide transportation service directly. However, we do have a trusted transportation provider that we would be happy to get you in touch with to organize your ride to and from your Isla Tour.

How much would you recommend to leave as a gratuity?

It is up to you. The crew is very helpful, they will take care of you and your friends. Normally people leave at least 10% for all, based on the boat rental.

 

Is it posible to add extra hours?

Yes it is possible, but it’s based on our availability. Best to reserve extra hours as you’re booking our boats.

What are your refund policies?

We’re flexible if there’s bad weather. We can reschedule if there’s availability for both parties, and if that’s not possible we’ll give you a full refund. This only applies if the port is CLOSED due to bad weather.

We can also offer refunds for cancellations: Full refund if you cancel at least 72 hours before tour. 50% refund if you cancel 24 to 72 hours before tour. No refund if you cancel within 24 hours of tour.
